In our session together, the primary technique I will be using is Inner Space Technique. Inner Space Techniques uses a meditation-based, interactive technique that was developed by Samuel Sagan MD of Clairvision Meditation School in the 1980s. Better known as Inner Space Techniques (IST), this method provides a systematic way to get to the root cause behind chronic problems and thought patterns. IST moves beyond the outer layers of thoughts, emotions, and patterns to their internal roots in the depth of the psyche. Profound realizations come from seeing for yourself what lies behind your habitual attitudes and emotional patterns.
This isn’t just about exploration and discovery; we also take actions towards achieving your dreams. While I’m helping you transcend the conscious state to journey within to gain clarity, we’ll also develop tools that help you leave the past behind so you can be more engaged in the present.
